Logan + Family
I have known Logan since he was 5 months old. I fondly consider him one of my “babies”, as currently I have the amazingly rewarding job as being an infant caregiver, aside from also capturing memories for families.
When I first Logan, all he could do what lay on his back and smile at the world. And oh, what a smile he had. As the year has progressed on, I have watched him work on rolling onto his stomach, propping himself into a sitting position, pulling to stand, and just today I witnessed him take 7 steps all on his own. With every changing milestone, one thing has always remained the same with Logan: his smile has always had the ability to stop any person in their tracks. Take childhood joy to the Nth degree, and you have Logan’s ability to melt your worries away. He is so full of love and happiness, and not surprisingly- so are his wonderful parents.
We spent the morning at Crescenta Valley Park, a beautiful hidden treasure. Dense forest, verdant ivy, and of course- lots and lots of poison oak. It was a beautiful morning, and I let Logan and his family do what they do naturally- laugh together.
At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities. -Jean Houston
